BRATS: Our Journey Home. An Intimate Portrait of a Lost American Tribe

"BRATS: OUR JOURNEY HOME is the first feature-length documentary, narrated by singer/songer Kris Kristofferson, about a hidden American subculture - a lost tribe of over 4 million children from widely diverse backgrounds, raised on military bases around the world, whose shared experiences have shaped their lives so powerfully, they are forever different from their fellow Americans."
Writer-Director: Donna Musil

Lyn-
This film venture is a really neat effort. I made a small contribution to its funding last year (and had a very gracious response from Donna)and am really looking forward to seeing it. When the film is released it will be available on dvd/vhs and one can order a copy through the web-site. The site has other interesting reading, as well.
regards, Kris

This documentary is fantastic. To all that were able to see it in Dallas it made quite an impact. To all that were unable to see it. You will hopefully get a chance. Hopefully we will be kept informed on how.

Those of you who attended Ankara Reunion '05 in Dallas may have figured out that our own Timothy Wurtz '69 and Donna Musil were old friends. But, since he didn't toot his own horn, how many of you realized he worked on the film and is listed as a Co-Producer? Take a look at the film credits here - BRATS- Meet the Filmmakers
