Roger Redwanski's website will soon disappear from the Compuserve servers. He's compiled some great information and photos - take a look. If there are any photos or recipes you'd like to have access to, you may want to download/copy them to your computer, before they vanish.

Is there any way to save these pages or move them somewhere else?

Pat -
I've downloaded a couple of Roger's pages and from what I've seen, the new Anita/Jill site plans to copy the Turkish for Dummies and Cookbook. Roger still has all of the data on his old computer. He might be willing to transfer the website to AOL, but apparently there's an issue with the coding and computer stuff that's out of my league. I'm sure he'd gladly accept assistance from somebody knowledgeable enough to facilitate the transfer. But, I'll let Roger speak for himself.

My whole intent of creating the Turkish pages so many years ago was to share with all the experience we had while attending GCMRHS. On the page I suggested to anyone wanting the photo to right click and save the photo.

A few of the "found" members of this list were located when they searched and discovered my scrapbook. A few even found their photo among the many in it. A couple wrote me with surprise on that.

My changing my carrier from Compuserve to AOL will probably bring about the elimination of the pages at some future date depending on when Compuserve purges their system.

I was contacted and gave permission to Anita and Jill to use the language page along with A-Chef du jour page. Since the concept of the A-Chef was Anita's to begin with.

In the future if and when I find a locale for my other web pages I might begin again. In the meantime feel free to "grab" any photos you would like to keep. My original scrapbook is still intact and I have all the HTML coding and photos to generate a web page if the desire strikes me again.

In the meantime feel free to enjoy the "family" photos.

Welcome Home!!!
