I was talking with some of the 60's people, we were talking about the AFEX..Remember that? We used to go there after school, lots of times, and always on the weekends. Had to have those French Fries with Mayo! Drove those Abi's crazy, Oh, and a cherry coke too, please. Hmmm Hmmm.

the big deal for me (pardon me for being so shallow:-) was getting there when the precious few copies of Seventeen magazine came in!! If you could get one of those life was really good!

I don't think I picked up a magazine the whole time in Turkey. I could be wrong, but I never got that far into the AFEX. The cafe part was at the entrance, had to have those fries and mayo.

I used to get to the magazines too. Hot Rod, Drag Cartoons. When I cleaned my fathers house out I found a stack of Drag Cartoon magazines. Priceless as far as I'm concerned. They were in my Winnebago when it burnt. Damn.
