We're preparing to give the APO its first major overhaul - hopefully within the week. We'll be eliminating the class specific forums and adding new, broader categories. Existing topics will be moved out of the forums we eliminate and placed into the new forums. Class specific arenas seem to work for the listservs - but nobody wants to be pigeonholed, so all the new forums will be broader in scope.

If you have an idea or suggestion for a category you'd like to see added - please put it here. We're open to suggestions.

I would really like to see a section for the former dorm students-we had an entirely different experience than townies did. It would be nice for us to have a place to reminisce about that time. Melissa Miller'68

Maybe an "old timers" section or is it better to keep it intergraded to share?

I, for one, really enjoy the "integrated" postings.

The APO facelift is still planned - updating and mailing the Ankara Directory, recovering several hundred alumni mailing addresses that "bounced," working on the database and updating the AnkaraAlumni website took priority. And still do. We will get the facelift done - it just isn't on the very front burner this week.
